Foaming Bath Butter - Crafter's Choice

Directions for use (from Crafter's Choice website):  Place desired amount in a bowl. Add 3% fragrance and water-based color or mica as desired. We have found that whipped with a stand mixer for at least 10 minutes has worked best, but a hand mixer can also be used. Whip your FBB until it has doubled in size.  Note that whipping to more than double may cause it to collapse.  Package and label as desired.  

If you are adding sugar to make a sugar scrub, we have found you need to add at least 100% sugar per 100% of FBB because some of the sugar will dissolve.  So, if you have 500 grams of FBB, you should add at least 500 grams of sugar.  (We use twice as much sugar as FBB when we make our scrubs.)  The sugar does not leave your skin sticky, nor does it sting if you have a little cut somewhere.  To make your scrub more moisturizing, you can add up 10% liquid oil.
