DL-Panthenol

Yes, this is the very same Pro-Vitamin B5 featured in Pantene commercials.    

When used in lotions and creams at up to 3%, DL-Panthenol will help repair and rehydrate dry, damaged skin.  With a usage rate of .5 - 5%, this product will help retain moisture in the hair and protect it from the elements when added to shampoos and conditioners.

DL-Panthenol is a white, crystalline powder, and is water soluble.

DL-Panthenol cannot be guaranteed vegan.
